Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project-in-Charge, located on-site in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. The Project-in-Charge will oversee daily operations on construction sites, manage project schedules, coordinate with various teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, handling logistics, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Project management, Scheduling, and Budgeting skills
• Team coordination and Communication skills
• Safety compliance and Quality assurance skills
• Proficiency in using construction management software
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Professional license in engineering or equivalent certification is a plus
