JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Planning Function:
Lead his group in performing forward planning activities for the projectPrepare master schedule for the projectRe-alignment of project cost as may be required.In-charge of budget estimating for the project.Coordinate with consultant/designers, planning officers and other stakeholders pertaining to project design and project implementation plan.
2. Project Supervision: Overall, in-charge of project supervision being able to lead his staff in the execution of the project.Able to supervise General contractors, sub-contractors and various trade contractors and ensure these groups function coherently to achieve project objectives.Be able to provide solution on site concerns and issues and make good decision.Able to organize his team of technnical and administrative staff.Ensure that materials, labor and equipment utilization are maximized at lowest cost.Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment & materials at site.Prepares and submit reports periodically and on time.Ensure that safety and quality programs are implemented.Formulate and Implements site rules and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must be a graduate of any Business course or any 4-year course.
At least 1-year extensive experience in Project Employee/Workers Relations, administrative and General Services Supervision.
Must be willing to be assigned in Construction Projects.
