What You'll Do
- Take full charge of project planning, execution, and day-to-day site operations
- Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment to meet timelines and
budgets
- Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Review plans, shop drawings, and construction methods
- Prepare project reports, schedules, and cost updates for management
- Coordinate with Accounting and Procurement Teams on project requirements What We're Looking For
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or related construction courses.
- 58 years solid experience in construction project management (structural & architectural
focus)
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and trustworthy professional
- Able to manage multiple activities under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and project management / ERP systems
