JOB DESCRIPTION:
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates for banking roles, including financial analysts, credit officers, compliance specialists, and relationship managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, financial industry networks, banking associations, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high demand banking positions, including executive-level roles.
- Develop strategic sourcing initiatives to attract passive candidates from competing banks and financial institutions.
Candidate Engagement & Screening
- Present pre-qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers for further evaluation.
- Maintain ongoing communication with potential candidates to build long-term relationships.
Collaboration with Recruiters & Hiring Managers
- Work closely with recruiters and department heads to understand hiring needs for various banking roles.
- Support recruiters in identifying niche skills required for banking-specific roles, such as risk management, financial compliance, etc.
- Provide guidance on sourcing techniques and innovative recruitment solutions.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
- Ensure all sourcing activities comply with banking labor laws, AML/KYC hiring regulations, and other financial industry requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities for audit purposes.
Employer Branding & Networking
- Represent the bank at job fairs, financial industry conferences, and university hiring events.
- Promote the bank's employer brand by engaging with potential candidates through social media and networking platforms.
- Strengthen the employer brand to attract top banking professionals.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
- Track sourcing metrics such as response rates, candidate engagement, time-to-source, and conversion rates.
- Provide data-driven reports on sourcing effectiveness and suggest process improvements.
- Continuously refine sourcing techniques based on industry best practices and hiring trends in banking.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology or related field.
- At least 2 years of strategic sourcing and/or end to end recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing strategies and pipeline building.
- Advanced knowledge in Boolean search techniques.
- Background in technical and niche role recruitment is an advantage.
- Familiarity in Applicant Tracking System platforms (DarwinBox) is an advantage.
