Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Licensed
- 57 years of project management experience in advertising, events, or
fabrication-heavy industries.
- Strong background in BTL marketing, event setups, and construction/fabrication projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, MS Project, Trello, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD/technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Translate client briefs into detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage the execution of BTL projects, including event setups, activations, and
construction of DSAs.
- Oversee fabrication and construction work, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with
client and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for materials, logistics, and installations.
- Budget & Financial Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets in collaboration with Finance and Accounts.
- Monitor expenditures, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Approve vendor quotes, track invoicing, and ensure timely billing and collections.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Account Managers and Account Directors to align project execution
with client expectations.
- Collaborate with Creative and Strategy teams to bring concepts to life.
- Coordinate with Procurement for sourcing vendors and materials.
- Provide Finance with accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the client-facing project lead, providing updates, reports, and assurance of quality.
- Conduct site visits and walkthroughs with clients to review progress and final delivery.
- Manage client expectations and resolve issues or escalations quickly.
- Vendor & Contractor Oversight
- Develop and maintain a roster of reliable suppliers and contractors.
- Negotiate terms and ensure vendor compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Supervise on-ground work during event setup, fabrication, and construction phases.
- Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements, especially for
public installations and Designated Smoking Areas (DSAs).
- Identify risks in timelines, budgets, or logistics and create mitigation plans.
- Secure necessary permits and approvals for construction and event activations in coordination
with 3rd-party suppliers.
