JOB PURPOSE: The Project Engineer role will be for the factory masterplan project. The role will be critical on handling daily activities (coordination, inspections, and executions) for the project, ensuring timeliness and compliance with safety and quality, while also having to monitor and track progresses and expenses. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Project Planning & Coordination:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure that engineering designs comply with regulations and client specifications. 2. Technical Support & Design Review:
- Review technical drawings
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design and technical issues on-site.
- Ensure that project execution aligns with engineering standards and best practices. 3. Site Supervision & Execution:
- Monitor installation activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
- Conduct quality inspections and suggest improvements where necessary. 4. Cost Control & Budget Management:
- Track project costs, material procurement, and expenses to avoid budget overruns.
- Assist in preparing project cost estimates and reports for stakeholders. 5. Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and company regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety measures on-site. 6. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain project records, reports, and documentation related to engineering changes, progress updates, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports to project managers and stakeholders. 7. Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide updates on project progress, challenges, and proposed solutions. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: SKILLS:
- Engineering Fundamentals (mechanical, electrical, civil)
- CAD Software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting
- Risk Management

- Root cause analysis
- Data Interpretation
- Decision-Making (under constraints)
- Time Management EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be an engineering graduate (Mechanical preferred), with atleast two (2) years working experience.
- Have handled food manufacturing projects is a plus.
- Fluent in English required.
