Helps prepare the Project Execution Plan which is the main planning, monitoring and control tool of the construction.
In Charge of the implementation of the assigned temporary and permanent civil scope of works of the Project Execution Plan according to the contract documents especially contract, plans and specification.
Responsible for the controls associated to the identified risks of the assigned scope of works of the project.
Directs and manages the assigned sub-contractor's work quality ans safety.
Coordinates with the Customer's representative on matter relates to the assigned scope of works of the project.
Prepares and submits project accomplishment reports.
Prepares the supporting documents for billing based on the approved payment schedule.
Helps in the Implementation Project Quality Plan, Inspection and test Plan and Project Construction Safety and Health Program.
Qualification
The candidate should be a graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
With at least two (2) years working experience in EPC or Building Construction.
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and MS Office
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, and can multitask.
Willing to start immediately/ASAP.
Willing to be assigned or deployed to REAL, QUEZON PROVINCE.
