Role Description The Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cavite, responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring engineering projects within the fruit processing facility. This role oversees project design and implementation, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and ensures that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The Project Engineer prepares technical drawings and documentation, manages contractors and suppliers, and supports equipment installation, testing, and commissioning. Daily activities include troubleshooting process and equipment issues, optimizing production systems, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Engineering and Project Planning skills to lead and execute facility and process improvement projects.
- Proficiency in Project Management for overseeing timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder coordination.
- Solid Electrical Engineering knowledge for equipment installation, maintenance, and process integration.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or a related industrial environment is preferred.
- Working knowledge of safety standards, quality systems, and basic industrial automation is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and equipment manuals, and to work on-site in Cavite on a full-time basis.
