Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, manage and control construction productivity, progress and quality
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
Supervise admin manpower, material and equipment planning and allocation
Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors works including off-site production
Identify, document and seek approval for changes to project scope
Attend weekly construction and safety meetings
Prepare weekly progress reports and look ahead
Join regular safety audits in conjunction with HSE team
Assist LGU/PEZA permitting & approvals process
Coordinate preparation and submission of as-built plans
Assist to finalise O&M (operation & maintenance) manuals and conduct a facility orientation and training

Requirements

BS/MS degree in Engineering, PRC license
At least 5 years experience in a similar role in office fit-out, refurbishments or construction
Familiar with National Building Code, Fire Code, Design Codes & OSHA standards
