Were Hiring: Project Engineer
As a Project Engineer, you will lead the planning, execution, and turnover of assigned job orders and service projects. You will be responsible for ensuring resource readiness, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing documentation and reports, and providing technical support on- and off-site. You will also play a key role in mentoring your team, driving continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Resource Planning & Structuring
- Conduct detailed pre-implementation planning with the team
- Ensure availability of manpower, materials, tools, and budget
- Monitor job order status and ensure readiness of service documentation and permits
- Set clear priorities and support team members for effective execution
Pre-Implementation Coordination
- Receive validated job orders and communicate with customers
- Clarify project scope, policies, requirements, and site readiness
- Secure necessary checklists and documentation before deployment
Implementation & Site Support
- Ensure timely deployment of personnel
- Provide on-call and technical assistance
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Customers to give regular updates
- Monitor action plans, expenses, and job order progress
Project Turn-Over
- Conduct site training and orientation
- Submit complete and timely service documents for billing and closure
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead performance appraisals, one-on-ones, and team development activities
- Plan and implement training programs
- Recruit, guide, and motivate team members to achieve their goals
Communication & Customer Service
- Interface with internal departments and external clients
- Ensure smooth coordination and accurate reporting
- Handle warranty issues, technical escalations, and client concerns professionally
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain project engineering procedures and records
- Monitor KPIs, compliance to safety, and work standards
- Ensure proper use of company systems, ERP entries, and service archives
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, project execution, or as an industrial/project engineer
