Role Description

The Project Engineer role is a full-time position based on-site in Taguig. Responsibilities includes leading and managing the entire project lifecyclefrom planning and design to execution and evaluation. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical and safety standards. Key responsibilities include preparing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting regular meetings and updates, overseeing resource planning and cost control, reviewing and validating engineering designs, managing project risks and changes, and maintaining accurate as-built documentation and project records to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in industrial or dairy-related engineering projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Project for project scheduling and tracking.
• Skilled in AutoCAD for reviewing and producing technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
