Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Architect to lead and coordinate design and construction projects from concept to completion. This role ensures all store and retail fit-out projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates have strong experience in retail design, project management, and construction supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules from concept to turnover.

Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and contractors.

Track progress, identify risks, and ensure project milestones are met.

Prepare reports, documentation, and project presentations for management.

Design & Construction Oversight

Develop and review store layout, design, and construction drawings.

Oversee fit-out and construction works to ensure compliance with design intent and building codes.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Prepare and monitor contracts, materials, and change orders.

Compliance & Quality Control

Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Implement quality assurance procedures across all project stages.

Identify and mitigate risks that may affect project delivery.

Team Coordination & Communication

Lead and guide project teams, engineers, and contractors for smooth execution.

Maintain open communication with clients and management, providing regular progress updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Licensed Architect preferred).

Minimum 5 Years Of Relevant Project Or Construction Experience.

Experience in retail fit-out or commercial projects is an advantage.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and design software.

Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of retail space planning and building codes.

Flexible and able to travel for site visits and coordination.

Residing in or willing to work in Binondo, Manila.

Immediate availability preferred.
