Job Description

Position Summary:

The Project Document Controller is responsible for leading the management and maintenance of documentation during Project Execution until handover. This includes implementing the Project's Information Management Plan; Operation of Process and Tools to allow free flow, retrieval, and storage of Information; and status reporting. The position will give exposure to industry EDMS collaboration tools, and other planning and engineering systems.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Graduate of Engineering or Business Management degree
  • 5 years experience in power plant and/or operating industrial facilities in a document control capacity
  • At least 3 years Project Management experience
  • Proficient in Google workspace applications
  • Intermediate experience in using Electronic Document Management System
  • Open to travelling and/or relocation
