To provide the necessary support to Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties.
To prepare feasibility studies on properties that will be developed into residential projects.
To manage the property and raw land offers database.
To oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of real estate projects, from site acquisition and conceptualization to planning, budgeting, and turnover.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or any business related course.
With at least 2 years of work experience in the real estate industry preferably in the Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research Department
With at least experience in assi3ting leads / managers in land acquisition.
Knowledgeable in real estate policies and standard practices.
