Job Description

Project Development Executive

. Lead project permitting activities-including LGU coordination, regulatory submissions, and compliance with national and local standards
. Manage the end-to-end project development lifecycle, from site identification and feasibility assessment to pre-construction turnover
. Conduct due diligence, risk assessments, and project evaluation for new and existing solar opportunities
. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance) and external stakeholders (LGUs, landowners, government agencies)
. Support land acquisition, right-of-way, and community relations initiatives
. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and documentation
. Maintain strong relationships with government partners, ensuring seamless approvals and regulatory alignment
