Job description:
The PD Manager acts as a project owner with the following expectations:

In terms Land acquisition a PD Manager is expected to:
Prepare feasibility study to ensure best use and maximum earnings for Arthaland, study should cover:
- market research
- competitive analysis
- financial analysis
- Be able to do financial modelling based on feasibility study
- Provide recommendation for negotiation position
In terms of Inventory Build and Project Launches:
- Create a master schedule with the team to ensure timely launch
- Research and update market intelligence in terms of competition performance, market and industry trends
In terms of day-to-day operations, a PD Manager is expected to:
- Report to the PD Head and be assigned to specific Cluster team / projects
- Monitor project operations in terms of Sales, construction implementation and quality delivery
- Coordinate with team members to ensure that project implementation aligns with business plan in terms of:
- Sales performance – Take up, Booking.
- Construction accomplishment and Milestones
- Costs – development costs and OPEX
- Cash Collection and disbursement
- Problem solve and escalate for approval issues encountered in a timely manner.
- Provide and prepare presentations and key updates to senior management and board on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any Business, Engineering, Urban/Town Planning or Design course
- At least 10 years of work experience in real estate
- Strong numerical and financial skills a must
- Showed capacity to deliver results while handling multiple tasks and projects
- Showed leadership potential
- Communication skills, Problem Solving Skills, Negotiation Skills
