Role Overview
The Project Development Area Head will lead and oversee the planning, development, and execution of multiple real estate projects within a designated area. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. The position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the real estate development process.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree holder; Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate development or project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in site acquisition, feasibility studies, master planning, design coordination, regulatory approvals, budgeting, and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of local zoning, land use regulations, building codes, and real estate market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple property development projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with external stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project development for assigned area, from site acquisition to project completion.
- Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
- Oversee project timelines, cost management, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new developments or portfolio optimization.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and manage a team of project managers and support staff, fostering high performance and professional growth.
