This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGER. In this senior delivery role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping delivery operations and ensuring that projects transition smoothly from strategy to execution. Though you won't be managing team members directly, your oversight of work delivery involving internal specialists and developers is crucial. You will collaborate closely with the AU-based account team to plan and coordinate delivery outcomes, utilizing your skills to maintain structured and effective communication. Your contribution will be key in nurturing a culture where team members feel supported and valued, reinforcing a positive work environment.
Accountabilities
- Own day-to-day task tracking and resourcing across multiple active client projects
- Translate scopes and briefs into delivery plans using Monday.com and Jira
- Coordinate with the AU account team for clear handovers and task priorities
- Track delivery timelines, task progress, and dependencies
- Flag blockers and capacity issues early and suggest solutions
- Run internal team check-ins across delivery specialists and developers
- Provide progress updates to internal teams and clients when required
- Ensure QA steps, reviews and documentation are properly followed
- Support onboarding and foster a collaborative, accountable culture in the team
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in digital project management or production operations
- Proven track record managing cross-functional delivery in agency or tech environments
- Clear, calm communication and structured thinking
- Ability to handle multiple projects, clients, and platforms simultaneously
- Working knowledge of Monday.com, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Experience across delivery areas including ecommerce, design, development, email, SEO, and paid media
- Ownership mindset and a proactive approach to delivery and problem-solving
- Confidence to collaborate across time zones and address issues promptly
