What will you do
The Project Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the NZ Project Service Group, enabling project managers and engineers to focus on delivery and client engagement. The role is based in Manila and is responsible for coordinating project information, tracking progress against program and budget, supporting commercial and quality processes, and facilitating smooth communication across multi-disciplinary teams.
We know today's complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.
Position Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
AssistingProject Managers in the running of projects
Coordinatingtimelydelivery of technical projects
Preparing monthly project forecasts
Analysingproject performance
Assistingwith problem-solving
Updatingresourcing schedules
Preparingdetailed reports or sections of reports
Overseeingproject document control
Organisingmeetings, recording and sharing actions

Intermediate/advanced skills in MS Office and, ideally, MS Project
