Your Role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Facilitate the daily operations of multiple project teams while identifying and removing barriers to successful completion.
  • Manage complex financial tracking, including balancing revenues, expenses, and quality-controlling internal and subcontractor invoicing.
  • Generate customized reports, pivot tables, and advanced analytics using VLOOKUP and other complex Excel functionalities.
  • Coordinate all correspondence and documentation between general contractors, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Execute the creation and tracking of contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and comprehensive project close-out manuals.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Advanced Excel Proficiency: Mastery of pivot tables, formulas, and data analytics.
  • Administrative Excellence: Proven experience in tracking purchase orders, invoices, and project funding.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication for handling external vendor and stakeholder relations.
  • Organizational Mastery: Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Project Documentation: Experience in creating and maintaining project manuals, contracts, and submittals.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Telecommunications sector.
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in Smartsheet, Oracle, ERP systems, or MS Project.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to identify bottlenecks and suggest resolutions for Cabinet-level escalations.
  • Financial Literacy: Strong background in balancing job-specific revenues and pass-through costs.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Experience working independently while providing backup support to a broader functional team.
