Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
- Must hold a valid professional license as an Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or Registered Architect.
Required Skills and Work Experience:
- At least one (1) year of experience in integrated project management; experience in a BPO environment is an advantage.
- Proven background in facilities management, equipment maintenance, and end-to-end project execution.
- Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D office layout design for architectural and engineering setups using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Solid understanding of building codes, construction standards, regulatory compliance, and maintenance of facilities and structures.
- Proficient in project planning, scheduling, documentation, and maintaining accurate records such as reports, contracts, invoices, and financial files.
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications, SAP systems, report generation, and resource optimization.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong customer service, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving, multitasking, sound decision-making, attention to detail, and the ability to work with urgency while meeting deadlines under pressure.
Certifcations:
Licensed Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, or Registered Architect
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Project Management Certification
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) / Construction Safety Certification
AutoCAD and/or SketchUp Professional Certification
