Project Coordinator, Facilities Management

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.

Must hold a valid professional license as an Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or Registered Architect.

Required Skills and Work Experience:

At least one (1) year of experience in integrated project management; experience in a BPO environment is an advantage.

Proven background in facilities management, equipment maintenance, and end-to-end project execution.

Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D office layout design for architectural and engineering setups using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Solid understanding of building codes, construction standards, regulatory compliance, and maintenance of facilities and structures.

Proficient in project planning, scheduling, documentation, and maintaining accurate records such as reports, contracts, invoices, and financial files.

Advanced skills in MS Office applications, SAP systems, report generation, and resource optimization.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong customer service, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

Demonstrates strong problem-solving, multitasking, sound decision-making, attention to detail, and the ability to work with urgency while meeting deadlines under pressure.

Certifcations:

Licensed Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, or Registered Architect

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Project Management Certification

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) / Construction Safety Certification

AutoCAD and/or SketchUp Professional Certification
