Facility Management Engineer is primarily responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and management of the corporate
facilities to ensure that all building's equipment, machineries, and structure are reliable, and in compliance with all
applicable code, occupational safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance, safety, and overall operations of building facilities and equipment.
- Oversee contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance and repair works.
- Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
- Monitor and support building improvement, construction, and renovation projects, including budget and contractor management.
- Review project proposals, quotations, and billings, and prepare project status and accomplishment reports.
- Support emergency response activities and recommend improvements to enhance facility operations and efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- PRC License is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience for licensed professionals; 5 years for non-licensed professionals.
- Knowledgeable in construction management, building systems, AutoCAD, and facility maintenance.
- Preferably with a valid driver's license, willing to conduct field work and site visits.
