A Service Coordinator is often involved in the day-to-day services and maintenance operations in Audio-Visual projects. They organize and communicate details between team members, managers, suppliers, and clients.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
- Creating JIRA tickets for service, maintenance, and equipment concerns
- Coordinate services and maintenance activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Coordinate with Managers, Engineers, and clients to resolve AV-service matters
- Involvement in service-related documentations, plans, and reports
Qualifications
- Any IT or Engineering-related courses
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience
