Your Role: As a Project Coordinator - Apparel Production, you will:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for all factory partners in China and track production timelines, proactively addressing delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate project files with product specifications, quantities, and milestones, ensuring all items match approved tech packs and samples.
- Monitor schedules and provide regular updates to the Accounts Manager and internal stakeholders, flagging risks or delays early and recommending solutions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare concise weekly and monthly reports covering factory status, risks, and timeline adherence, presenting data clearly to support leadership and cross-functional decisions.
- Implement weekly risk-assessment checklists to ensure factories meet quality, compliance, and safety standards, and coordinate with the production team to validate materials, trims, and final output.
What You Need:Non-negotiables- Proven experience in apparel production, sourcing, or supply-chain coordination (streetwear/sportswear experience is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently across time zones and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana) and Excel/Google Sheets
Preferred skills/expertise- Mandarin or Cantonese language proficiency is an advantage
- Exceptional reporting and documentation skills-able to turn complex updates into clear, actionable insights
- Proactive problem-solving and a solutions-first mindset
- Clear, timely communication and well-structured reporting
