Your impact
- Provide project controls support across the full project life cycle (Pursuit Close Out) for multiple projects in APAC, based in Manila.
- Monitor and report on budgets, actuals, forecasts, and labor hours; prepare client and internal cost status reports.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Accountants for project initiation, setup in Oracle, and contract review processes.
- Maintain and update project budgets, forecasts, and task codes in IPCS/Polaris; ensure alignment of contract, scope, budget, and schedule.
- Lead drafting and approval of Project Controls Plan; assist in variation orders and invoicing/payment tracking.
- Ensure financial integrity across tools (Pricing Tool, IPCS, Rev Rec, Polaris, Oracle) and participate in monthly project reviews.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Experience in project controls, cost management, or financial analysis within engineering/construction projects.
- Technical Skills Proficiency in Oracle, IPCS, and MS Excel; Proficiency in earned value management and forecasting.
- Strong skills in cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting; ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to present financial/project status clearly.
- High accuracy in maintaining project financial integrity and compliance with workflows.
