Job Description

Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.

Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to management. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. - Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports to track progress and outcomes. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions based on project experiences. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Commercial PMO on the following scope: MME Forecasting FvA Financial Simulation WBS Request & Authorization PPA Management Phoenix Cost Tracking Financial Calls with CFM, PMs/CALs Phoenix Financial Meetings Account Governance - Meetings with FM Project ID Creation - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Proficient in using project management software and tools for tracking and reporting. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insights for decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
