We are looking for a motivated, can-do Project-Based HR Assistant / Recruiter to join our team for a short-term, 2-month contract. This is your chance to showcase your recruitment skills, work closely with our clients and internal team, and contribute to a culture that truly values people.

Role Overview:

As our Project-Based HR Assistant / Recruiter, you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for both BESAS and our clients, ensuring every hire is not just skilled but a great cultural fit. You will work closely with our Senior HR Generalist, assisting with all her recruitment tasks and other HR responsibilities during quieter periods. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, proactive, and passionate about creating the best candidate experience.

  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday
  • Contract Duration: 2 months
  • Salary Range: 30,00040,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Performance Incentive: To reward your success in filling roles within the project timeline, we offer a staggered incentive per role:
  • 10,000 per role if completed within 2 weeks
  • 5,000 per role if completed within 3 weeks

Incentive payments will be staggered: the first half will be included in the nearest payroll date after completion, and the second half will be paid with your final contract pay.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: drafting job ads, screening resumes, shortlisting, conducting interviews, coordinating offers, and background checks.
  • Match candidates not just to role requirements but to client and BESAS culture.
  • Provide a seamless candidate experienceafter all, you are the face of BESAS to our talent!
  • Maintain talent pipelines and track candidate progress manually using Excel or other Microsoft tools.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes as needed.
  • Attend weekly recruitment meetings for reports and updates.

HR Support & Administration

  • Work closely with the Senior HR Generalist on all recruitment and HR-related tasks.
  • Assist with employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation.
  • Support HR initiatives and internal communication where necessary.

Client & Internal Engagement

  • Understand the needs of both BESAS and our clients to make hires that truly fit.
  • Collaborate closely with managers to understand staffing requirements and priorities.
  • Ensure timely updates and reports on recruitment progress and HR tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: 35 years in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in companies similar to BESAS or within administrative/support service industries.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and cultural fit assessment.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional communication, and a client-focused mindset.
  • Proactive can-do attitude and willingness to assist in HR beyond recruitment tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for manual candidate tracking and reporting.

Reporting:

  • This position directly reports to the Senior HR Generalist.

Time & Task Tracking

  • Must use Clockify as a time tracker for all tasks, entering daily activities as an end-of-day report.

Home Office Requirements:

  • Stable power and internet connection (min. 10 Mbps).
  • Quiet home office setup suitable for calls and online meetings.
  • Computer/laptop with at least 8GB RAM and Microsoft Office installed.
