Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of expat assignments, accommodations, relocations, and movements.
- Assist in securing and processing permits, visas, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with brokers, service providers, and vendors for housing, transportation, flights, and hotel bookings.
- Prepare detailed reports and trackers for management review and decision-making.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for mobility programs and initiatives.
- Respond to inquiries and offer assistance to expats and their families.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Experience (30%) Prior experience in project support, HR mobility, or expat services; familiarity with permits, housing, or relocation processes.
- Communication Skills (20%) Ability to draft clear emails, coordinate with expats and vendors, and maintain professional correspondence.
- Decision-Making & Problem-Solving (10%) Capacity to handle issues independently and provide timely solutions.
- Organizational & Tracking Skills (15%) Accuracy in maintaining records, monitoring expat movements, and updating trackers/reports.
- Technical Proficiency (15%) Competence in MS Office/Google Workspace, project tracking tools, or HRIS (if applicable).
- Stakeholder Management (5%) Experience working with external partners, brokers, and internal teams effectively.
- Professionalism & Confidentiality (5%) Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
