Associate Analyst

Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate Analyst who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting applications that integrate with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This role involves software development, system integration, and providing technical support to end-users while adhering to established SDLC processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software applications using HTML, JavaScript, and PHP frameworks (e.g., CodeIgniter, Laravel, Drupal)
- Build and maintain system integrations/interfaces with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Write and optimize queries using SQL across database platforms (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL)
- Provide Level 2 (L2) application support to end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system functionality and integration
- Follow team-mandated Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and documentation standards
- Perform testing, debugging, and system validation to ensure quality deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Experience or knowledge in:
- HTML, JavaScript, PHP (CodeIgniter, Laravel, Drupal is a plus)
- SQL and database management (MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL)
- Experience working in Windows and UNIX environments
- Understanding of system integration and application development concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Semiconductor or Manufacturing environment
- Exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Familiarity with enterprise application support
