Support project monitoring and evaluation by contributing to data collection, verification, processing, and documentation efforts.
Generate learner progress reports, profiles, completion rates, evaluation summaries and other program reports in various formats (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF)
Upload, download, organize and update materials in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Assist in preparing and formatting materials such as slide decks, handouts, infographics, audio, video, and other digital learning resources.
Provide timely assistance to learners, Learning Coaches, Facilitators, Consultants and other project team members.
Respond to technical and administrative queries related to learning sessions or materials.
Coordinate administrative and logistical requirements for workshops, meetings, and other project events.
Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including minutes of meetings, correspondence, contracts, and project plans.
Ensure both digital and printed files follow prescribed filing and archiving procedures.
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Project Manager, Unit Head or other authorized officials.
