Role:
As a Project Assistant, you will support our global team and leadership in a wide range of project-related and administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Supporting the implementation of team standards under managerial guidance
- Managing onboarding, offboarding, and access entitlements
- Preparing and analyzing Excel-based reports and project KPIs
- Monitoring project progress and quality indicators
- Supporting process changes and testing ticketing tools
- Creating proposals for special requests and maintaining project documentation
- Coordinating local requests and contributing to process standardization
- Providing administrative support to team members and service delivery managers
- Collaborating with headquarters and international subsidiaries
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in an IT/corporate setting
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Proficient MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw quick conclusions
- Ability to multitask and manage a high workload
- Can work 3pm-12am PH time (match CET timezone)
- Can work onsite - SM North EDSA
