Project Architect / PIC

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect / Project-In-Charge (PIC) based in the National Capital Region, Philippines.

The role involves leading architectural design development, managing project milestones and deliverables, preparing and reviewing submittals, overseeing project documentation, and ensuring compliance with LGU regulations and standards. The Project Architect / PIC will coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations—while maintaining integrated and compliant design solutions.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in architecture, including design development, planning, and construction methodologies
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, teams, and client expectations effectively
• Experience in preparing submittals and delivering comprehensive project documentation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); experience in 3D modeling and rendering is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; PRC licensure is preferred
• Prior experience as a Project Architect / PIC is an advantage
