Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Planning Engineer based in Metro Manila. The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing project plans, developing and monitoring project schedules, overseeing production planning, and ensuring effective project control. Key responsibilities involve analyzing project data, coordinating with various teams for project updates, and ensuring smooth communication across all levels of project management. The role also requires adherence to industry standards and project deadlines while optimizing efficiency and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Planning and Production Planning
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and informed decision-making
  • Proficiency in Project Control, including scheduling, monitoring, and updates
  • Excellent Communication skills for coordination with teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in project management in the construction or engineering industries is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional certification in project management or engineering planning is an advantage
