Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct project meetings and coordinate Architectural design schedule reviews and submit plans and samples.
  2. Perform project research and designs and support Project Manager to write specifications.
  3. Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues.
  4. Review accuracy of architectural lot allocation data and design calculations, estimates, plans and completed reports.
  5. Contact municipal building department and government agency officials for updated building restrictions guidelines and approvals on design plans.
  6. Handle minutes of consultant coordination meetings.
  7. Involve in business development meetings to target specific market, client or project opportunities.
  8. Interact with building officials during project permitting and construction phases.
  9. Maintain project manual and conduct and document on-site observations and reviews.
  10. Draft observation reports during project close-out efforts.
  11. Manage and execute Punch listing of the project.
  12. Can produce architectural design plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture 2 - 4 years related experience and a Licensed Architect
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
