About The Role

As a Project and Systems Manager, you will manage all retail deposit product value proposition and onboarding journey related to technology and system enhancements and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology team, ensuring that the software/systems and process development align with business requirements.

How You'll Contribute (responsibilities And Expectations)

  • Supports the deposit & payroll business teams in designing, documenting and launching new systems, product features/enhancement to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and provide better customer experience to retail clients.
  • Works closely with business stakeholders within the Deposit and Payroll Division, as well as various support units outside the Retail Banking Segment that may be involved in the team's projects.
  • Oversees project timelines to ensure timely deliverable of all CR / tech enhancements across different systems
  • Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements using various tools and methodologies, and working with software developers and engineers to design and implement technological solutions

What We're Looking For (qualifications And Skill)

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Computer Science/Management or equivalent
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in Product Development, Business Analysis, Project Management
  • Background in different areas of CASA/Payroll business is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Systems Development Lifecyle, project management principles (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Ability to understand basic business concepts on cost-benefit, OPEX, CAPEX, to aid in technology decisions
  • Ability to communicate across various levels of the organization (junior & senior stakeholders), external vendors
  • Prior experience and knowledge of retail banking & debit systems is an advantage, but not mandatory
