About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Systems Manager to lead the implementation and management of SAP Project Systems (PS) solutions. This role will involve overseeing the configuration and integration of SAP PS with other modules, ensuring optimal project management processes. As a manager, you will be responsible for guiding teams in delivering high-quality solutions and supporting strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SAP Project Systems workstream within SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring successful end-to-end implementation and integration.
- Design and configure SAP PS functionalities including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Milestone Billing, and Resource-Related Billing.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and PLM.
- Conduct workshops to capture client requirements, perform FIT-GAP analysis, and develop functional specifications.
- Oversee the development and enhancement of WRICEF (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) objects in collaboration with technical teams.
- Support testing phases (SIT, UAT), data migration, and go-live activities, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Provide insights and guidance on best practices and innovations within SAP Project Systems.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, risk management, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1013 years of SAP experience with a focus on SAP Project Systems and at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
- Strong expertise in SAP PS configuration, including Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Project Execution.
- Experience in integration with other SAP modules such as FM, HR, and PP.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
- Experience with the latest SAP S/4HANA innovations in project systems is a plus.
Certifications
- SAP Certified Application Associate Project Systems.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) Mandatory.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
