Role Description

This internship role is for a Programs and Partnership and Training Development Intern. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing programs and partnerships, conducting training sessions, performing analytical tasks, and assisting with communications to stakeholders. The intern will also support customer service interactions related to the programs. This is a hybrid opportunity located in Makati, allowing a combination of on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing projects
• Excellent Analytical Skills for data evaluation and problem-solving
• Proficiency in Communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional engagements and presentations
• Experience in Training facilitation and delivery to diverse audiences
• Customer Service skills for effectively assisting and engaging with stakeholders
• Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in International relations, Diplomacy, Business, Communications, Education, or related fields
