Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to define project boundaries and continuously track the progress of deliverables. The position demands effective communication to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple teams and departments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate clear communication channels among team members and stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and high performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Delivery Operations Control. - Strong capability in planning, organizing, and managing project delivery processes to meet deadlines and quality standards. - Proficient in risk management techniques to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project challenges. - Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment and manage expectations effectively. - Experience in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress and report on key metrics. - Ability to analyze operational data to support decision-making and optimize delivery outcomes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Delivery Operations Control. - This position is based at our Manila office.
