Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects, closely monitoring the progress of deliverables, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with various stakeholders. The position demands balancing priorities, addressing challenges as they arise, and ensuring that outcomes meet the expectations of all involved parties. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication channels within and across teams to promote transparency and alignment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and team performance. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong capability in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. - Proficient in risk management techniques to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks. - Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment and manage expectations. - Experienced in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to track progress and deliverables. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across diverse groups to achieve project milestones. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Manila office.
