Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.
Program Management & Stakeholder Alignment
Intake Process Management: Own and manage the intake process for all non-standard demand signals (e.g., NPls, infrastructure changes, and other accelerations).
Feasibility & Scoping: Conduct initial scoping and information gathering to facilitate technical and logistical feasibility studies.
Stakeholder Coordination: Engage the right cross-functional stakeholders to drive feasibility analysis and secure approvals. This includes managing weekly meetings, setting agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring request clarity.
Office Hours & Support: Host regular office hours to support internal teams and answer questions regarding the intake process.
New Product Introduction (NPI) & Lifecycle Coordination
NPI Cut-In Analysis: Facilitate the coordination and decision-making for NPI project cut-ins, including analyzing potential E&O (Excess & Obsolete) impact on legacy inventory.
Bill of Materials (BOM) Management: Maintain and update interim Bill of Materials to ensure cross-functional alignment on product changes until official PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) release.
Priority Management: Maintain and communicate the official NPI priorities list and track key NPI touchpoints.
Issue & Bug Lifecycle Management
Triage & Prioritization: Track, triage, and prioritize all incoming bugs, with a focus on resolving critical PO-P2 issues in a timely manner.
Resolution & Communication: Drive bug resolution by assigning issues to the correct owners, escalating as needed, and ensuring adherence to SLOs (Service Level Objectives).
Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline the bug management process, including exploring the use of agentic workflows for auto-triage.
Metrics, Reporting & Program Health
Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform detailed analysis and generate reports on key metrics, including the number of intakes, request types, status, and SLOs. Dashboard Management: Create and maintain the intake database and associated dashboards to ensure high-quality, accurate data.
Performance Monitoring: Manage and lead metric review meetings to monitor the overall health and performance of the program.
Communication: Communicate program health, key updates, and performance highlights through monthly newsletters. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
