Program/Planner Executive, Flexible hours

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and coordinate delivery planning and scheduling.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates.
• Monitor daily shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Follow up with Production on production status and shipment progress.
• Liaise with Purchasing, Production, Quality and Logistics teams on delivery plans.
• Work closely with Purchasing to plan according to customers forecasted demand.
• Handle ECO/ECN and facilitate the implementation of engineering and process changes.
• Handle and follow up on RMA-related enquiries and issues.
• Prepare costing and RFQs for customers.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment, preferably in a Program Planner or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer enquiries and develop win-win solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
