Job Responsibilities:

. Support pharmacy operations in a healthcare logistics warehouse, including the management, storage, inventory and distribution of therapeutic products and medical devices.

. Ensure timely and accurate receipt of inbound Controlled Drugs, including required documentation.

. Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of Controlled Drugs outbound orders, including required documentation.

. Support inventory management of Controlled Drugs, including replenishment, cycle-counting, stock-taking, quarantine and disposal.

. Support operations for Medication Home Delivery Services, including inbound, fulfilment, outbound and inventory management as required.

. Perform assigned non-patient-facing pharmacy duties based on roster.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent qualification recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.

Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and currently in active practice.

Previous experience handling Controlled Drugs and/or Hospital/Retail Pharmacy experience is preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for basic inventory management, including PivotTables and lookup functions.

Training on the Warehouse Management System will be provided.

Able to commit to a minimum of 2 hours per session and at least 12 hours per week on weekdays, e.g. approximately 4 hours x 3 days per week.
