Job Description

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full Onsite: 7:20 AM - 4:20 PM)

Location: Alabang

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of the scholarship program, including application review, document validation, and compliance monitoring.
  • Identify and recruit eligible scholarship candidates while facilitating communication among students, parents, and partner organizations.
  • Conduct site visits, evaluate program outcomes, and prepare progress reports on implementation.
  • Assist with budget planning, financial monitoring, and reporting of foundation-related expenditures.
  • Contribute to the foundations marketing, outreach, and fundraising efforts to enhance program visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated skills in administration and project management, with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in education programs, nonprofit, or foundation work is highly desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial processes is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to education and community development.
