Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full Onsite: 7:20 AM - 4:20 PM)
Location: Alabang
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the scholarship program, including application review, document validation, and compliance monitoring.
- Identify and recruit eligible scholarship candidates while facilitating communication among students, parents, and partner organizations.
- Conduct site visits, evaluate program outcomes, and prepare progress reports on implementation.
- Assist with budget planning, financial monitoring, and reporting of foundation-related expenditures.
- Contribute to the foundations marketing, outreach, and fundraising efforts to enhance program visibility and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated skills in administration and project management, with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in education programs, nonprofit, or foundation work is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to education and community development.
