Job Description

The Program Manager will guide project planning, ensuring alignment with Transformation Office standards, and overseeing execution through active participation in daily operations, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. He/she is responsible for ensuring quality, adherence to timelines and KPIs, and efficient use of resources across multiple projects. By promoting continuous improvement and delivering consistent reporting, he/she will help ensure the overall success of transformation initiatives.

Key Functions:

  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Provide guidance to project teams in developing detailed project plans aligned with Transformation Office (TO) standards, including clear milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Day-to-day Project Meetings and Guidance: Attend key project meetings to guide and align teams, facilitate discussions when necessary, and ensure clarity on project objectives, roles, and expectations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations. Assist the Senior Program Manager in obtaining buy-in for transformation initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues early, and support teams in developing mitigation plans, ensuring proper governance and timely escalation where necessary.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Assist in tracking project budgets, ensuring cost control, and providing recommendations on efficient resource allocation to maximize delivery value.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project outputs meet defined quality standards through consistent testing, quality checks, and formal reviews of deliverables.
  • Adherence to Timelines and KPIs: Monitor project timelines and ensure that each project remains on track to achieve its key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives.
  • Status Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular updates on project status, risks, and progress to the Senior Program Manager, Transformation Office head, and other key stakeholders.
  • Cross-Project Coordination: Align activities, timelines, and dependencies across different projects within the program to ensure synergy and avoid conflicts or duplication of efforts.
  • Continuous Improvement and Best Practices: Encourage adoption of best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across all projects to enhance overall program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as may be assigned/delegated by the superiors

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, business-related courses preferred.
  • At least 3 years of Project management training and experience.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
