We are expanding our Global Program Management organization and are seeking a high-caliber Program Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between our world-class customers and our manufacturing operations.
The Program Manager is the primary interface between the customer and the EMS organization. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver products on time, at the right cost, and with the highest quality. The Program Manager owns the program's overall performance, drives customer satisfaction, and ensures internal alignment for successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact to align customer roadmaps with internal capabilities, ensuring proactive expectation management.
- Lead high-level business reviews and issue-resolution cycles to deepen strategic partnerships and account retention.
- Direct end-to-end program performance across cost, quality, and delivery, ensuring seamless transitions from NPI to mass production.
- Synchronize engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to meet critical milestones and mitigate execution risks.
- Monitor program profitability and P&L health, driving cost-reduction initiatives like VA/VE to protect margins.
- Review and approve quotations, pricing proposals, and purchase orders to ensure financial accuracy and revenue alignment.
- Oversee the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, evaluating technical and financial impacts on BOM, inventory, and delivery schedules.
- Partner with supply chain teams to ensure material availability and resolve capacity bottlenecks to meet customer demand.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 8D processes while driving Lean initiatives to improve program quality metrics.
- Maintain rigorous program dashboards and risk registers to provide stakeholders with accurate revenue outlooks and performance visibility.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in EMS, contract manufacturing, or electronics industries.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes: PCB assembly, box build, testing, NPI, and DFM/DFX.
- Experience managing large and complex customer accounts.
- Strong financial acumen (costing, margin analysis, pricing models).
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Risk Assessment).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Nice to Haves
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- Exposure to highmix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
