This role requires you to:
- Develop an overarching project plan of activities for launch including building a product specifications, card production activities and approvals and sign-offs for the same
- Liaise with Visa product teams to provide implementation oversight and communicate client needs. Take ownership of the client's network readiness
- Review for readiness the bill generation process and contact center training and communication strategy
- Review the user journey, the card launch communication plan and monitor activation statistics for the cards
- Perform go-to-market activities by closely working with product managers, finance, operations, legal, compliance, user experience and external partners as required both at Visa and client's side
- Track and report on progress towards launch milestones to executive stakeholders across all parties
- Identify and mitigate risks to the launch process by engaging support and escalating as needed
- Circulate regular project status updates for stakeholders and leadership, seeking clarification and support where needed.
What you will need:
- 10-12 years experience involving project management and/or launching new products (preferably with banking or financial services)
- Knowledge and familiarity with the systems requirements for commercial card product launches
- Good balance between strategic thinking and detailed, flawless execution with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Proven experience in program and project management in a matrixed, multi-country, and multi-cultural environment
