Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsiblefor value creation from key enterprise-wide initiatives, including activemonitoring and tracking
- Identifyand unblock potential roadblocks
- Develop andimplement strategic plans and projects across various programs across thebank
- Support theHead of Enterprise Initiatives & Program Management on analytics andbusiness case support for strategic decisions
- Support theHead of Enterprise Initiatives & Program Management in creatingexecutive-level presentations and reports to communicate strategicinsights and progress
- Overseeperformance measurement and reporting for key strategic initiatives
- Collaborateclosely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Enterprise Services team, BU,IT, HR, Office of the President, others) and external partners (e.g.,vendors, suppliers, recruiters, others)
