About The Role

Your Responsibilities- Manage and lead faculty programs and student events related to Information Systems.
- Support the Information Systems Academics team with operational tasks, including:
- Assigning academic loads
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Overseeing performance management
- Developing and implementing policies, processes, and systems
- Handle administrative tasks related to faculty concerns and requests.
- Monitor online classes and provide instructors with constructive feedback.
- Work with the program head to conduct regular reviews, revisions, and development of the curriculum.
- Ensure that soft skills and values are thoroughly integrated into all college programs and courses, preparing students and graduates for industry success.
- Teach Information Systems-related subjects, totaling 9 to 12 units per trimester.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- A relevant Bachelor's or Post-graduate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is required.
- Candidates must have completed their post-graduate degree or should be currently undergoing their post-graduate degree
- A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in areas such as systems analysis, data science, organizational processes, quality assurance, and project management is essential.
- Experience or background in academia is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of and enthusiasm for technology concepts and emerging trends is required.
- Exceptional relationship-building and business communication skills are needed.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
- Adaptability to new tools and processes is an asset.
- A proactive, self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
