Your Role
As a
Program Assurance Officer, you will:
- Monitor and control site programs across repairs, maintenance, merchandising, and POS to ensure alignment with planned cycles.
- Facilitate and schedule audits while maintaining rigorous documentation and data integrity within document control systems.
- Coordinate between internal departments and vendors to track priority actions and ensure consistent quality standards are met.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring failures to identify long-term fixes and maintain a knowledge management repository of best practices.
- Review and report on schedule, cost, scope, and quality metrics to ensure all programs are closed out on time.
- Actively escalate delays or issues to relevant stakeholders to ensure mitigation plans and owners are identified immediately.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the industry, with at least 2 years specifically in quality assurance or compliance.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
- Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities to develop reports from complex audit data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for confident stakeholder engagement across Australian and Philippine teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority work streams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Experience working within an integrated offshore-onshore business model, specifically supporting Australian operations.
- Combined background in both operational execution and administrative document control.
- Proven ability to perform detailed root-cause analysis and trend identification.
- High level of responsiveness and adaptability to changing schedules within the retail or fuel sector.
- Familiarity with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental) compliance frameworks.
